The villa
La Valle Verde is a beautiful holiday home, with private pool, situated in the green hills of Sabina. It is only 40 minutes from Rome. This villa with private pool has 3 bedrooms accomadating 6 + 2 persons and is perfect for a family holiday in the Italian sun. The balcony is perfect for long summer evenings enyoing diner and a panoramic view of the Monte Soratte.
In the garden you will find a large private pool, outside shower and outside kitchen with pizza oven and barbeque.
Interior
The 150m2 villa is tastfully and modern furnished, with plenty of light and all the comforts you would expect from a luxury holiday home in Italy. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms include a master bedroom with king size bed and walk in closet and a bedroom with double bed and on suite bathroom with rainshower. All bedrooms and the living room have airconditioning, there is wifi throughout the house, a smart tv and washing machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, dish washer, oven, espresso machine and large fridge-freezer

The house is ecofriendly. It has been build to combine comfort and sustainability using natural materials, re-use materials, it is well isolated and has solar panels and a solar boiler. There is a charging station for electrical cars.
